We are bringing the fire of God's Word to the human heart in heart languages around the world. Each year we select a handful of active translation projects to focus on — and your gift moves them to the next stage.
The FireBible already exists in over 70 languages, with many more in process. Every year we choose specific, ongoing language projects to emphasize. When donors rally around these focus projects, they give each one the momentum it needs to advance — from securing licenses, to translation, to the printing press.
Here are the projects we're focused on right now.
Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam & Yunnan, China
The Akha people are spread across the mountain villages of Southeast Asia. About ten years ago, an Akha pastor in Thailand developed a new writing system for the language. The Akha FireBible will use this new script to bring the full-life study Bible to the Akha people in a form they can truly read and understand.

This edition serves Bengali as it is spoken in Bangladesh — distinct from the Indian Bengali FireBible. Believers in Bangladesh often face discrimination and persecution, and there is a serious shortage of discipleship material. The Bangladeshi FireBible will help strengthen and equip a church that is growing under pressure.

Also known as Tsonga, Shangaana is spoken across southern Africa and Mozambique. We are currently securing the licensing needed to begin translation, partnering with local Bible Societies so the FireBible is built on the Scripture text the national church already trusts and uses.

Kazakhstan is roughly 70% Muslim, with only about 1.7% of the population identifying as Protestant. As the government works to restore Kazakh as the national language, a strong national church — already running successful Teen Challenge programs — is waiting for this resource in their heart language.

Translation of the Lingala FireBible has recently begun. We are working with experienced overseas translation teams to ensure the notes and articles are accurate, clear, and culturally contextual for believers across the northwestern DRC.
